Anna specializes in therapy with adults and adolescents, helping them through trauma, major life transitions, and relationship challenges. A portion of her practice is dedicated to supporting the mental health and resiliency of first responders (e.g., firefighters, law enforcement, and paramedics).
Her approach is proactive and she enjoys sharing practical knowledge and skills with her clients so that they can experience an immediate benefit during life’s most challenging situations.
Anna holds a number of advanced certifications indicating that she has been evaluated by her peers and determined to meet the highest levels of expertise in a particular therapeutic modality. These include the following:
- Certified EMDR Therapist (EMDRIA)
- Certified Perinatal Mental Health Therapist (Postpartum Support International)
- Certified in Equine Facilitated Psychotherapy
In addition, she has worked as a behavioral therapist and parent consultant; substance abuse counselor; and therapist for military personnel, first responders and their families. She is known for providing a safe, down-to-earth, and collaborative relationship with her clients in which they can freely express themselves, leading to new ways of thinking and a healthier mind and body.
